Rearranging and Deleting Pages in a PDF

Whether you're organizing a report or trimming out extra pages, PDFgear makes it easy to shuffle or remove pages from any PDF file.


Rearranging Pages

  1. Open your PDF in PDFgear.

  2. Click the Page tab at the top.

  3. Select Reorder or Organize Pages.

  4. Drag and drop the page thumbnails into your preferred order.

  5. Click Apply or Save when done.

πŸ“ Tip: You can select multiple pages using Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) to move them as a group.


Deleting Pages

  1. Open the PDF and go to the Page tab.

  2. Choose Delete Pages.

  3. Select the pages you want to remove by number or thumbnail.

  4. Click Apply to confirm the deletion.

⚠️ Deleted pages can’t be recovered unless you save a backup first.
