Signing a PDF Document
Need to add your signature to a PDF? PDFgear makes it simple — whether you're approving a form, signing an agreement, or acknowledging a policy.
Adding Your Signature
Open your PDF in PDFgear.
Click the Edit tab.
Select Signature.
Choose one of the following:
Type your name (PDFgear will stylize it).
Draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad.
Upload an image of your handwritten signature.
Click Apply, then place your signature anywhere on the page.
🔄 You can resize or move the signature by clicking and dragging it.
Signing Multiple Pages?
You can reuse the same signature on different pages. Just copy and paste it after you've added it the first time.
Is This a Legally Binding Signature?
Digital signatures made in PDFgear are sufficient for most general business documents, but always check your organization’s or client’s specific requirements.
