Most locations use the XProtect Smart Client on a Windows computer for best performance, but mobile access is also available for approved users. If you’re unsure which method you should use, contact IT.

Parker Bass Solutions manages the XProtect server infrastructure and user access. We do not provide support for adjusting physical cameras (position, focus, etc.) unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
